Inova - Testing machines and systems
Test systems from Inova are assembled with high-quality components according to customer requirements.
Hydraulic test systems consist of a frame with a hydraulic actuator, force and displacement transducers, servo valve, hydraulic power supply with pump, piping and manifold units.
For certain applications, electric drives are suitable, which make the entire hydraulic supply redundant.
As test and measurement control technology, a digital real-time controller is supplied with powerful software that allows the user maximum freedom in defining the experiment.
The testing machine can be supplemented with a climatic chamber, inductive heat or other additional loads.
Properties
- Vertical or horizontal rigid load frames with hydraulic positioning of the crosshead.
- Hydraulic cylinders including servo valves, force and displacement transducers
- Hydraulic power supply including pump, air or water cooling, piping system, safety valves, hoses, leak oil pump.
- Real-time controller with amplifiers and drivers for all sensors and actuators of the single or multi-axis test system.
- Software for test definition, data acquisition, monitoring and control of the testing machine.
