Modernisation
Before TeMeCo Services AG was founded, we were the Swiss subsidiary of Schenck Testing, a leading manufacturer of universal testing machines, fatigue testing machines, fatigue testing systems and engine test benches based in Darmstadt.
Following the sale of various Schenck business units to well-known companies, TeMeCo continues to modernise and maintain these systems as well as third-party products that go beyond universal testing machines.
Our expertise lies in the replacement or revision of hydraulic and mechanical components, load cells, displacement transducers, measuring amplifiers, control systems and software in order to bring testing machines up to the latest state of the art.

Object to be modernised: Servo-hydraulic testing machine Zwick Rel.
Modernisation carried out:- Installation and programming of the Siemens control system for the power pack.
- Replacement of control electronics and software with Shimadzu 4830 controller and software.
- Addition of displacement transducer from Messotron and measuring amplifier. Integration in Shimadzu electronics.
- Mechanical engineering
Object to be modernised: Schenck PSA servo-hydraulic testing machine.
Modernisation carried out on 2 testing machines:- Installation and configuration of Inova EU3000 control electronics.
- Connecting and parameterising the force and displacement transducers.
- Integration of power pack.
