MFD strain measurement in compression direction
The extensometer system MFD is suitable for determining the compressive strength (ASTM D-2938) or the modulus of elasticity (ASTM D-3148) of concrete cylinders or rectangular prisms under longitudinal compressive stress. It can be used with two, three (as shown in the picture) or four measuring lines.

- Accuracy class 0.5 (EN ISO 9513)
- Measuring range 3 mm
- Actuating force from 10 cN to 60 cN
- Simple and symmetrical adjustment can be achieved with the supplied clamping device
- Expandable with the MFU 4 for circumference measurements
