Transverse extensometer MFQ
MFQ-A Automatic transverse extensometer
The transverse extensometer MFQ-A can be combined with all MF long-travel extensometers, in particular with MFL, MFX and MFN. It is very well suited for determining the r-value (vertical anisotropy) of thin sheet samples.
Features:
- Accuracy class 0.2 (EN ISO 9513)
- Measuring range of 4 mm
- Automatic attachment to the sample
- Two independent measuring lines
MFQ-R transverse clip-on extensometer
The hand-clamped transverse extensometer MFQ-R is designed for testing round specimens or for determining the Poisson’s ratio. The measuring width can be adapted to the sample profile with variable B0 and diameter stops. This device is available with one or two measuring lines.
Features:
- Accuracy class 0.2 (EN ISO 9513)
- Small and lightweight design
- Infinitely adjustable B0 stop from 4 to 25 mm
- Measuring range of 4 mm
- Can be combined with e.g. MFA 2 for recording biaxial strain
MFQ-H transverse attachment transducer
The hand-clamped transverse strain extensometer MFQ-H is designed for testing thin sheet metal (determination of the r-value). It is equipped with interchangeable fixed B0 stops for fixed sheet widths. This device is available with one or two measuring lines.
Features:
- Accuracy class 0.2 (EN ISO 9513)
- Small and lightweight design
- Quick change of the B0 stops for different scanning ranges
- Measuring range of 4 mm
- Can be combined with e.g. MFA 2 for recording biaxial strain
