GÖTTFERT - Laboratory extruder
More than half a century of experience in rheological extrusion technology has gone into the Göttfert EXTRUSIOMETER programme. Various standard cylinder sizes and customised cylinder systems are available.
The GÖTTFERT EXTRUSIOMETERS of the “X-trude” series are compact extruders designed for laboratory use in the testing and production of polymers. The range of applications extends from simple melt feeding for online rheometers (determination of melt index, MVR, IV or viscosity) or for downstream devices, such as film analysers (ALS), to fully automatic rheological measuring extruders (ALR) with continuous material feed (online sampler).

- Various barrel and screw designs
- Up to 16 heating and 3 cooling zones 0-350° temperature curve with 0.1 °C resolution and a calibration accuracy of less than 0.4 %
- Measuring range of the pressure transmitter: 0 – 100, -200, -500, -1000 bar with a deviation of +/- 0.5 % from the set value
- Control via external PC, industrial workstation or optionally with integrated touch panel
- Visualisation via the “ROSWin” software.
