With an impressive temperature range of -40 °C or -70 °C to +180 °C and a humidity range of 10 % RH to 98 % RH for MKF models, these simulation ovens offer a versatile platform for various applications.

The appliances are characterised not only by their performance, but also by their ease of use and extensive standard equipment, which makes handling much easier.

In larger MKF models, an integrated water reservoir with a capacity of 20 litres ensures a reliable supply of moisture. With 4 potential-free switching contacts and APT.line™ preheating chamber technology, the simulation chambers set new standards in the precision and controllability of environmental simulations.

Programmable condensation protection is available to protect the samples from condensation. The heated viewing window with LED interior lighting enables clear observation of the process.

The MKF and MKFT appliances are humidity-controlled by means of a capacitive humidity sensor and vapour humidification, resulting in precise control of the humidity parameters.

The BINDER Multi Management Software APT-COM™ Basic Edition offers a user-friendly interface for programming and monitoring the environmental simulations. A fault diagnosis system with visual and audible alarms and an intuitive touchscreen controller with time segment and real-time programming ensure reliable operation and monitoring.

Other practical features include an internal data logger whose measured values can be read out in open format via USB, an adjustable ramp function, an integrated chart recorder and a real-time clock. The door heating and the alarm signal in the event of a water shortage in the fresh water canister contribute to the safety of the system.

With 4 castors, 2 of which have locking brakes, the simulation cabinets are easy to move and can be positioned stably at the same time.

The MKF series also scores highly in terms of sustainability, as it uses a CFC-free refrigerant (R-452A) and is cooled by an efficient compression chiller. The interior is made of stainless steel, which not only increases the longevity of the cabinet, but also makes cleaning and maintenance easier. With a stainless steel slide-in grille, silicone plugs for feed-throughs and a hose position safety device, this simulation cabinet offers everything you need for precise and reliable environmental simulations.
