BINDER - ED720, ED260, ED115, ED56
Models FD720, FD260, FD115, FD56 Drying and heating chambers with forced convection.
FD models are specified for temperatures from 10 or 12°C above the ambient temperature up to 300 °C. Forced air circulation by means of a powerful fan takes place actively and at full fan power. The air is extracted to the rear by the fan, supplemented with fresh air, heated and channelled into the inner vessel through slots in the rear wall of the inner vessel, close to the side walls. The air flow rate is faster than with natural convection. It can be regulated in stages using the electrically adjustable flap in the exhaust air pipe. The maximum air exchange rate is 5x to 80x per hour, depending on the device and flap position.

- Class 1 overtemperature protection device, which is required by law and set to 330°C at the factory. It serves to protect equipment, people and buildings.
- Class 2 temperature limiter (DIN 12880:2007). The user can set the maximum temperature to protect the contents.
- USB port for measurement data output to a USB stick
- Controller with LCD display, ramp function and 3 time functions:
- A ramp runs from the previously set value to the new, higher set value.
- Delayed ON (e.g. switch on in the evening for heating in 10 hours).
- Delayed OFF (e.g. 5 hours from now)
- Delayed OFF depending on temperature (e.g. switch off 5 hours after reaching the set temperature)
- Door hinge on the right.
With double-leaf doors (FD720), the right-hand door is opened first. - The device sizes FD56 and FD115 are stackable (two devices on top of each other)
