Shimadzu XV-Talk: The smart voice of your test system

The AGX-V series from Shimadzu has always stood for maximum precision and reliability in materials testing. With the new XV-Talk feature, Shimadzu is now taking user interaction to a whole new level:
Thanks to integrated voice assistance, important functions can be activated by voice – such as starting or stopping tests, controlling the crosshead or selecting predefined test programmes.

XV-Talk also provides acoustic feedback in real time: the testing machine talks to you – it informs you about the test status, warns you of critical conditions and confirms inputs without you having to take your eyes off the test specimen. This not only makes operation more intuitive, but also safer – especially in busy or noisy laboratory environments.

Another highlight is the intelligent user guidance: XV-Talk recognises typical operating errors and gives specific instructions on how to avoid faults or incorrect measurements. This increases efficiency and reduces downtime.
