Star Hydraulics Limited is a British manufacturer of precise and reliable electro-hydraulic servo valves. Star was founded in 1983 to provide fast and affordable servo valve maintenance and repair.
1988 – Introduction of “Sapphire Technology” to eliminate “ball glitch” and extend the life of servo valves. Over the past 37 years, the company has become one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial servo valves.
In addition to supplying its own new servo valves, electronics and amplifiers, manifolds and purge blocks, Star also repairs and services valves from many other manufacturers and offers their revision. Standard mechanical valves are inspected free of charge and a detailed repair assessment is provided for the customer’s review and acceptance.
