Non-contact extensometer Vector from Imetrum
With the Vector from Imetrum, TeMeCo now offers a modern optical extensometer for the highest demands in materials testing.
TeMeCo is pleased to add the new ‘Vector’ extensometer from British manufacturer Imetrum to its product portfolio. Vector sets new standards in non-contact strain measurement and is ideal for use on universal testing machines for tensile, compression and bending tests.
Advantages of the Vector system:
Thanks to high-resolution camera technology, intelligent image processing and a high frame rate, the system delivers precise, repeatable measurement results – even with very small strains or high test speeds. The measurement is standardised in accordance with ISO 9513 and ASTM E83, which also allows the system to be used in accredited test laboratories.
