We represent international companies throughout Switzerland in materials testing technology (Inova and Shimadzu) and manufacturers of laboratory equipment for environmental simulation (Binder) or polymer testing (Göttfert) and engine testing technology (Horiba).
Your activities
- Order processing in an EDP system
- Preparation of quotations
- Billing
- Shipment tracking and communication with customers and suppliers
- VAT / customs documents
- Warehouse management
- Parcel shipping
Your ideal profile
- Education in the commercial sector
- Knowledge of working with EDP
- Very good German language skills for oral and written communication
- General speaking skills in French and English an advantage
- Team player and customer-orientated
As a small but well-known company, we can offer you a very interesting environment in research and industry. After a thorough induction, you will work on orders together with an experienced colleague in close co-operation with the sales and service staff. The working hours are preferably afternoons and occasional mornings or whole days.
