Interface – Hand-held measuring amplifier for strain gauge sensors

The portable measuring device IFFDA93 /9325 is characterised by its versatility and advanced technology. Designed for the connection of strain gauge-based sensors such as force transducers and torque transducers, the device with its high internal resolution of 24 bits enables precise measurement in the range of +/- 9,999,999. Thanks to the IP64 protection class, it is robust enough for demanding environments.

The IFFDA93 /9325 offers six calibration ranges that support different load modes such as tension and compression as well as various sensors. A particular highlight is the TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) support, which enables automatic detection and configuration of the sensors. Plug Play becomes a reality here: simply connect the sensor and the device automatically takes over all the necessary settings. Up to twenty TEDS devices can be saved and recognised when reconnected, with the last user experience settings being loaded.

For users who wish to deactivate the TEDS function, the device offers a user-friendly menu structure for manual adjustment and calibration. In addition, a toolkit is available that enables polynomial support to further extend the device’s range of applications. The IFFDA93 /9325 is therefore an indispensable tool for precise and versatile measurement tasks in various industrial applications.
