High-frequency testing machine 1000Hz for fatigue testing
Rigid test frame / electric actuators up to 11.4 kN peak force
We are pleased to present a new ultra-high frequency testing machine from Step-Lab for a wide range of applications. With test frequencies up to 1000Hz, it is suitable, for example, for DMA tests on elastomers or for NVH tests on dampers.

With its extremely rigid test frame and highly dynamic, electrodynamic drive, this testing machine delivers precise and repeatable dynamic data across a wide frequency range. This makes it suitable for testing demanding materials and components. The test bench is controlled by the proven “Test Centre” software.
UD actuators: Up to 250Hz and 30kN
XUD actuators: Up to 500Hz and 11kN
UHFTS actuators: Up to 1000Hz and 4.3kN
Applications: High cycle fatigue tests (HCF), fracture mechanics tests, vibration tests, damper tests (NVH), dynamic mechanical analyses (DMA).
