Forcipol 202 with Forcimat 52 and Dosimat 102
FORCIPOL series - Flexible solutions for manual and semi-automatic preparation
The FORCIPOL grinding and polishing machines offer an economical solution for entry into metallographic sample preparation:
- Available as a single-wheel (FORCIPOL 102) and twin-wheel device (FORCIPOL 202)
- Can be combined with manual or automatic heads (FORCIMAT 52, FORCIMAT 102)
- Can be optionally automated with DOSIMAT liquid dispensers (single or 6-fold station)
ACCURA 102 - High-end precision for the highest demands
The ACCURA 102 is ideal for applications where an extremely flat, even and reproducible surface is required:
- Robust two-pillar construction
- Motorised positioning (X/Z) with memory functions
- Force control and optional depth measurement
- Efficient consumption management with integrated dosing unit
FORCIPOL 352 - Semi-automatic for high sample throughput
The FORCIPOL 352 system is suitable for large samples or a large number of samples:
- Grinding discs Ø 350 mm, specimen holders up to Ø 210 mm
- Simultaneous processing of up to 10 samples
- Integrated cleaning and drying station for contamination-free operation
For laboratories with the highest demands on throughput and ease of use:
VELOX 102
- Fully automatic processing of up to 6 sample holders
- Integrated cleaning, polishing and sanding stations
- Automatic disc and sample holder change
- Ideal for standardised workflows
